Over the years CIPIT has positioned itself as a thought leader in the evolving fields of law, technology, and innovation across Africa. The Centre conducts evidence-based research on issues at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation in Africa. Our work spans across key thematic areas including Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance and Policy, Cyber Law and Policy, and Digital ID.
