He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde. His work centers on the evolving legal and regulatory challenges arising from the digital economy, particularly in Kenya and across emerging markets.
His research interests include data protection and privacy, the intersection of data governance and Artificial Intelligence, intellectual property in the digital environment, and broader Information Technology law. He is especially interested in how legal and policy frameworks can support responsible innovation while safeguarding fundamental rights.
