Could the case of Tanzania claiming that there is no Covid-19 serve as an example as the government of Tanzania has made speeches, and in this regard, their president? There have been videos going around social media and the one that caught people's attention is the one that he states that they have used pawpaws to test for the virus and it came out positive. This is so as in the news, the Isibania border of Kenya and Tanzania has recorded a huge number of people with Covid-19 and these people are coming from Tanzania. It is misleading the public at large and not Tanzanian's only as the precautionary measures put in place by the World Health Organisation such as wearing protective gear such as masks are not being followed to date. This poses a huge risk to the public and dealing with the current pandemic might be harder than it looks. If the governments are the ones at the frontline misleading the public then I would say we are in big trouble.
