THE JOURNAL OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LAW (JIPIT)

The Journal of Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (JIPIT) is an academic journal founded by CIPIT. JIPIT is dedicated to IP and IT matters, particularly in the Global South. JIPIT joins a growing list of field-specific academic journals. While a number of IP/IT law journals are in existence, JIPIT is among the few tackling both areas, much so within the region. JIPIT seeks to consistently publish well-thought-out, high-level research articles that render themselves to generating and publicizing new knowledge on matters affecting the Global South.
